While perusing Trackshark.com, I came upon a video posted from the Beijing Olympics, where Olympian Gail Devers gave her thoughts to the Associated Press on paying the top ten Americans in each event a stipend to cover basic needs in order for them to continue training.



Just wondering what the readership thinks of Gail's idea? It's not new...
