Pickler entered in Decastar heptathlon in Talence...

TALENCE, France--Two-time World Championships competitor Diana Pickler is entered in this weekend's Decastar heptathlon meeting in the French town.

Pickler, a former Washington State University All-American who finished eleventh at last month's world championships in Berlin with a score of 6086 points, will face a field that includes a Ukrainian trio of heptathletes: Olympic champion Natalya Dobrynska, Hanna Melnychenko and Lyudmyla Yosypenko, who filled the complete podium in the Austrian town of Götzis earlier this year will look for some comfort after missing the podium in Berlin, where they were placed 4th, 5th and 6th.
