Ingvill Måkestad Bovin set to race at home at ExxonMobil Bislett Games...

OSLO, Norway--Former University of Washington standout Ingvill Måkestad Bovin (center/photo by Paul Merca) will make her third Samsung Diamond League meet appearance this season when she runs the 1500 meters at the Exxon/Mobil Bislett Games at Bislett Stadium in her hometown.

Måkestad Bovin, who was sixth in the 1500 at last year's IAAF world track & field championships in Daegu, will run in a field that includes Americans Morgan Uceny and Anna Pierce, along with current Samsung Diamond League event leader Abeba Aregawi of Ethiopia, who leads with 6 points.

In her two previous Samsung Diamond League meets this season, Måkestad Bovin was 14th in the 3000 in Doha, and 10th in Rome last week.
