ELLENSBURG—Saturday’s Central Washington Invitational is the latest victim of the rash of wildfires and poor air conditions throughout the Pacific Northwest, as that meet has been cancelled.

In a news release from the school, Central Washington also announced that their home football game against Western Oregon has been moved from Ellensburg to the Seattle area, as well as two soccer matches.

Central Washington is attempting to schedule a triangular meet with other GNAC schools somewhere in Western Washington, and urges its followers to refer to wildcatsports.com for updates.

Western Washington and Saint Martin's University were scheduled to compete in the CWU Invitational.
