This weekend is a quiet weekend for Washington’s nine Division I and II schools, with all five Division I schools taking the weekend off, and only Central Washington and Saint Martin’s in action.
Central Washington hopes to bounce back from last weekend at the Sundodger in Seattle, where the women’s team, which was nationally ranked going into the meet, finished seventh in the open section, behind Western Washington (1st) and Seattle Pacific (4th). That race took the Wildcats out of the national D2 top 25, and boosted the Vikings and Falcons to a top 25-ranking, with Western shooting up to #10.

Meanwhile, Saint Martin’s will stay at home and host the SMU Open meet Saturday against primarily D3, community college and club teams on their campus course in Lacey.
