Start getting pumped for the Pac-10 cross country championships...
The Pacific-10 Conference announced that the Pac-10 cross country championships from Springfield, Oregon will be shown live on Comcast Sports Net Northwest (Comcast channel 179 in Seattle; you may have to upgrade depending on the cable package) Friday October 31st at 3 pm.
The telecast will start with a delayed airing of the women’s race, then proceed into a live showing of the men’s race. In addition, video streaming of the Pac-10 Championships will be available on the Pac-10 website (www.pac-10.org).
