2009 update to Dempsey Indoor sub-4 club...

As we prepare for yet another exciting indoor track & field series at the Dempsey Indoor facility on the campus of the University of Washington, here's the updated list of runners who have run under four minutes in the mile at the Dempsey.

The 2009 indoor series at the Dempsey resumes Saturday January 17th with the UW Indoor Preview. The meet schedule for the UW Indoor Preview can be viewed here...
