Talking track on TrackFocus.com...

Just wanted to give the readers a heads up to let you know that I've been invited to talk track with the folks at TrackFocus.com Sunday on their second podcast.

We'll talk about Friday and Saturday's Aviva London Grand Prix, Usain Bolt, Lisa Koll, the Bowerman, the Falmouth Road Race, and Sammy Wanjiru's decision to race the Chicago Marathon.

David Monti, the master of all things distance running and marathons from the fine publication Race Results Weekly, is scheduled to be on the panel for Sunday's podcast along with TrackFocus.com's Jim McDannald.

Not sure how long it will take for them to post the podcast once they've finished recording, so please be patient.

I've never been a part of a podcast, so we'll see how this goes!
