Who's going to Tokyo next month; who's waiting, and who needs help...

Now that the various national championship meets have concluded, we've started the three week period that ends on August 24th where athletes who are short of the qualifying standard to get into the world championships and/or need to move up in the "Road To Tokyo" athlete quota.
This is a fluid post, as things can change between now and the end of the qualifying period.
If your'e really curious on where your favorite Washington athlete is, a good resource to follow is the "Road To Tokyo" standings that World Athletics publishes every Wednesday.
Make sure to find the event and/or the federation you're looking for if you want to check where your athlete stands.
As of now, here's where things stand:
WHO'S GOING TO TOKYO FOR SURE:
Josh Kerr (Brooks Beasts) and Katie Moon (former Pullman resident) in the men's 1500 and women's pole vault:
Kerr and Moon are the defending world champions from the Budapest world championships two years ago. Some federations do require participation in the national championships to collect the wild card.
Kerr won the men's 5000 at the British nationals over the weekend, while Moon was second in the women's pole vault...
