Gonzaga, Eastern Washington, SeattleU, and Saint Martin's cross country teams in action this Saturday...
Only two meets are on this weekend's calendar as Gonzaga (photo courtesy Gonzaga Athletics), Eastern Washington, SeattleU, and Saint Martin's are in action, while the rest of the state's nine NCAA Division I and II schools are idle.
Gonzaga sends its teams to Lewiston, Idaho for Saturday's Inland Empire Classic, hosted by Lewis & Clark State on the Lewis & Clark State Cross Country Trail.
In addition to host Lewis & Clark State, the field features Idaho, Montana, and Northwest Nazarene.
Gonzaga will run primarily those athletes who did not travel to Wisconsin for last week's Nuttycombe Invitational.
Action gets underway at 10 am with the women's 5k, followed by the men's 8k at 11 am.

Meanwhile, Eastern Washington, Seattle University, and Saint Martin's will all make the trek to Independence, Oregon for Saturday's George Oja Invitational, hosted by Linfield College.
The men's 8k starts things off at 10 am, followed by the women's 6k an hour later.
For all three schools, this will be their final meet before the conference championships.
