The University of Oregon grad ran a season best 3:37.94 in a very entertaining race that saw Hillary Ngetich of Kenya sneak on the inside in the final straightaway to get the victory in 3:37.70 over Belgium’s Isaac Kimeli’s 3:37.72.
Ben Blankenship of the Eugene based Nike Oregon TC Elite was third in 3:37.80, just ahead of Prakel.
