Sam Prakel takes second at adidas Boost Boston Games road mile...

A group of Washington athletes took to the streets of Boston Sunday for North America's only street track meet, the adidas Boost Boston Games.

Seattle resident Sam Prakel (Paul Merca photo) finished second in the men's road mile, running 4:01, as 2016 Olympic 800m bronze medalist Clayton Murphy won, also in 4:01.

In the road 600, Olympia native Brooke Feldmeier finished sixth in 1:28 as Natoya Goule of Jamaica won in 1:24.

The rarely run 200m hurdles saw Washington State grad CJ Allen finish third in 22.58. Alison Dos Santos of Brazil took the win in 22.12.

Federal Way HS grad Hannah Cunliffe finished third in her section of the 100 meter dash in 11.23, which was won by Kiara Parker in 11.07.
