BREAKING: Washington alums Kayley DeLay and Anna Gibson sign with Brooks...
Washington alums Kayley DeLay (photo courtesy Brooks Running) and Anna Gibson both announced on their social media channels that they have signed pro contracts with Seattle based Brooks Running.
DeLay, who was a scorer at the NCAA championships last year at Yale University before attending grad school at the University of Washington, will join the Brooks Beasts.
Gibson, who is also a national class trail runner, just has a contract with Brooks, which allows her the flexibility to pursue the trails as well as the track.
A post by Dyestat earlier Thursday implied that Gibson was also joining the Beasts. In a text to publisher Paul Merca, Gibson said that she was not joining the Beasts.
