UW's Hana Moll among headliners at GalAthletics Bellinzona meet in Switzerland Sunday...

As the international track and field calendar heads into the final full month of competition, there are three significant meets on the menu Sunday.

In Bellinzona, Switzerland, Washington's Hana Moll (Chiara Montesano/Wanda Diamond League photo) takes a two meet winning streak on her tour of Switzerland at the GalAthletics Meeting.

Moll, who won meets in Lausanne and most recently in Zürich on Wednesday, goes into Sunday's meet with her confidence sky high, especially after winning the Weltklasse Diamond League meet in the Zürich Haufbahnof. The 21-year old staved off elimination on her first two bars by clearing on her final try, a predicament that would rattle most young vertical jumpers.

She'll face a field that included three competitors from Zürich: Sandi Morris and Emily Grove of the USA, and Swiss favorite Angelica Moser.

Additionally, 2016 Olympic champ Katerina Stefanidi is also in the field.

In Berlin, Seattle resident Sam Prakel is in the men's 1500 field at the ISATF Berlin meeting at the Olympiastadion.

He'll face a field that includes Australia's Cam Myers and Ollie Hoare, along with fellow American Marco Langon. Norway's Narve Gilje Nordas and Germany's Robert Farken are also in the field.

Curiously, Washington alum Nathan Green, who like Prakel was hoping for an invitation to Zürich after getting tripped in Silesia, did not get an invitation into the Berlin field.

Finally, four athletes with Washington ties are entered in Sunday's Banca Valsabbina Grand Prix in Brescia, Italy.

Gary Martin of the Brooks Beasts, along with former Huskies Sam Tanner and Luke Houser are in the field in the men's 1500, while Washington alum Sophie O'Sullivan races in the women's 800.

The meet will be streamed on the European Athletics web site starting at 6 am Pacific.
